Falling Leaf 2023 rally location — Garrison’s River Resort. Garrison’s River Resort is located just outside of Steelville, Missouri adjacent to the Meramec River with amenities that include shady tent camping, several different types of lodging, RV camping with full hookups, and communal group bunkhouses with comfortable bunk beds, showers, and toilets. An onsite country store has various snacks, drinks, and sundry items for sale.
